Damage

Common courtesy and due care will result in a great limousine experience with White Star Limo. However, there are times when passenger exhuberance can cause damage. Therefore any and all damages caused by customers shall be paid by the customer who has caused the damage.

No Alcohol

Please note that the Liquor Licencing Act states that alcohol is NOT permitted in limousines (Owner/Operators are subject to fines and licence suspensions).

Date or Time Changes

White Star Limo will endeavour to accommodate any date and/or time change if your plans change, subject to vehicle availability. We may substitute vehicles, subject to the customer's approval only.

Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking and depends on your requirements as discussed at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

No Smoking

Smoking and/or use of drugs is not permitted in our vehicles at any time.
